Some love comfort food. Some love healthy food. I love finding a balance of both. The key to this is in finding a few small, albeit sneaky, ways to make favorite foods a bit healthier. “How?” You ask? For this dinner, I snuck a little fiber into the starch and a little green into the protein portion of our meal. Feedback from my dinner diners: “Best meatballs you’ve made yet".
