Parmesan Crisps

Class up soups and salads with this very easy and FLAVORFUL crispy garnish. The best part ... there is only ONE ingredient! Can you believe that?!

And this simple garnish takes less than 5 minutes!

I like to keep parmesan on hand at all times. That way, I'll have the makings of an easy garnish to take things up a notch! Or for when I need a quick, salty treat.

Parmesan Crisps
Ingredients: *Serves 4
8 tbs. shredded parmesan cheese

Directions:
1. Turn oven to broil. On a non-stick cookie pan, spoon cheese into 4 mounds of 2 tbs. cheese each.
2. Spread cheese to thin layer. Shape as desired.
3. Cook under broiler for 1-2 minutes, until melted and brown on edges. Do not burn. Remove from oven.
4. Let cool for 1 minute. Using spatula transfer to cutting board. Break into large pieces or cut into strips as desired. Use to garnish soups and salads.
